USA v. TATOYAN
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals today released an opinion in USA v. TATOYAN, No. 05-50783, a criminal appeal. The panel consisted of Cornelia G. Kennedy, Cynthia Holcomb Hall, and Michael Daly Hawkins, Circuit Judges.

We examine the long-standing requirements surrounding the personal export of cash from the United States, the more recently enacted bulk cash smuggling prohibitions, and the ever-elusive requirement of willfulness.
